Silent disco beach yoga with LIVE sitar by Ege + Julianne Aiello

Join us for our beautiful Sunday afternoon ritual class with Outdoor Yoga SF founder Julianne Aiello. A beautiful way to get outside, dance with the ocean and the beat of your own rhythm to LIVE Sitar by Egeman Sali.

Julianne is founder of Outdoor Yoga SF. She leads Sunday beach yoga and can’t wait to share this special experience with you. Egemen Sali aka Ege is a Turkish musician living in SF. He plays the sitar alongside flutes, handpans and frame drums and is able to bring out the mystic and invigorating qualities of all. He utilizes beats, loops and drones to compliment his joyful improvisations based on traditional Eastern ragas.”

This class is in the most picturesque, peaceful, and fun environment. We supply headphones for class so you can listen to Julianne + to music streaming through. We have an amazing community of SF students and people we welcome from around the world for every class too. This is a super special experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

What you need:
Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!
