Silent Disco Beach Yoga with Mindy

Join us for a Silient Disco Beach Yoga Class taught by founder Mindy Nguyen. Come for an evening beach yoga class to reignite your practice, recharge your mind and dance with our Ohana on the becah.

What is silent disco yoga? It is an innovative journey of flowing movement and sound. Immerse yourself in the beauty and motion of yoga with a pair of noice isolating wireless LED headphones which allows you to hear the instructor at the perfect level while their curated set takes you on a musical journey into sound. All levels welcome.

The class location is at Kailua Beach. Specific location details will be emailed to you the day before the event. In the event of rain, we will reschedule the class. Please note that all ticket sales are final, no refunds. Mahalo for your understanding.

***All participants must bring a valid driver’s license to use a headset, no exceptions. Please bring your own mat and towel.***
