Silent disco beach yoga with Nat Kendall + Live DJ Avani

Start your Saturday with us Nat Kendall, and live DJ Avani. This is an all-levels yoga class, all are welcome! An amazing way to groove out, move your body at the end of a long week, and hang with your friends at the beach.

Nat Kendall is a San Francisco based yoga teacher, surfer, sailor, lover of life and student of the deep way it flows. He will lead a special ocean side yoga class rich with the soundscapes of Avani (Tyler Blank). Avani is the founder of Ecstatic Dance Bay Area and will craft the sounds for a journey into conscious movement – connecting with the self and others for a wild, playful and healing sacred celebration. Join these two at the edge of the Pacific to breathe and flow with the great current, dancing into an ocean of love.

This class is in the most picturesque, peaceful, and fun environment. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music. We have an amazing community of SF students and people we welcome from around the world for every class too. This is a super special experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
