Silent disco beach yoga with Sarah Allison!

Yay! We’re so excited to offer a post-Thanksgiving yoga session for you to recharge in nature and community. Bring your friends and family, this is an all-levels yoga class!

A beautiful way to get outside, dance with the ocean and the beat of your own rhythm. Join Sarah Allison – a radiant teacher in our community! Her style is peaceful, playful and full of light! We’re so excited to have her!!

In this class you will practice all levels yoga together with our beautiful community – locals and guests from around this world. This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music. This is a super special experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be emailed to you the day before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF. It is easy to find us.

What you need:
Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!
