Silent Savasana Workshop Series: Yin Yoga + High Frequency Mediation

Come join us for a night of well deserved restoration! We have teamed up with The Industrial Event Space to bring you our first Silent Savasana™ Workshop Series! Let’s continue our practice during the cooler months inside our new private yoga sanctuary! For the first event, the theme is to take time for yourself – or to restore yourself – during the winter season. The evening will start off with a 60 minute Yin class lead by Dray Gardner. Then, get relaxed in your space for an out-of-this-world experience with a 75 minute high frequency meditation lead by Josiah Samadhi. All classes will use our signature headphones for a more inward experience. Come as early as 6PM to get your free drink with ticket purchase and unwind before Yin starts at 7PM.

Our friends at Bask Wellness will be on site educating everyone on the benefits of integrating  topical creams into your yoga practice. Also spreading on site will be Brenda Calvin with Young Living Essential Oils! We’ve got every single one of your senses covered for the evening.

Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill is serving up fresh, organic, local and Non-GMO eats! This is also included in the ticket price.

The Industrial Event Space is the perfect venue for any party or celebration. The layout and mood lighting will add so much to our experience! There is plenty of free parking at the venue and parking on the street nearby.
