Silent Sunset beach yoga [FULL MOON // AIRPLANE MODE! edition]

Join us for a gorgeous, calming full moon flow on the beach!
Practicing yoga on the full moon is super special as it is a time to recharge and restore. While this will be an active practice (and workout!) we will practice Chandra namaskars (moon salutations) instead of sun salutation, and overall the movement and energy of the class will be blissfully zen.
Join us for a special edition of our Sunday ritual class. Please your phone on airplane mode and enjoy presence on the beach.

Class will be lead by teacher + founder or Outdoor Yoga SF Julianne. She has always found freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF with the deep belief that spending more time outside at the beach, together in community, practicing mindfulness would surely be a great recipe for healing and recharging from busy city life. Her style is a combinational of zen and grounding practices with a playful, and lighthearted vibe.
This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music. We can’t wait to share this with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
Class location?
Class location is Ocean Beach @ Stairwell 14. The cross streets are Fulton + the Geat Highway. We will be set up close to the ocean with colorful prayer flags indicating our spot!

What you need:
Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!
Cancellation Policy:
Please note we do not issue refunds within 30 days of event. If it rains, we will reschedule class, and you can use your class credit for another day. If your plans change, we can issue you a class credit valid for 6 weeks from original class date.
