Sound Off 180 Run Club x Lululemon led by Carley Siedlecki

Get ready to experience a run unlike any other. Welcome to Sound Off 180! A group run with a synchronized beat using Sound Off wireless headphone technology. Join Carley Siedlecki and the Lululemon gang for a guided 4-5 mile run on South Beach, focusing on mindfulness and the art letting go. Whether you’re training for the Miami marathon, or looking for something new to liven your pace, this run is meant for all levels. We’ll meet at Lululemon located at 846 Lincoln Rd #1a, Miami Beach, FL 33139, and begin our run at 7:00 pm. Please arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 to get checked in and setup with headphones. This event is FREE w/ RSVP, but spots are limited so make sure not to miss out on this event!
