On Sunday, January 8th, The City of Miami Beach has teamed up with Sound Off™ to celebrate Ciclovia once again, transforming Washington Avenue from 5th Street to 16th Street into a paved park for people of all ages to stroll, cycle, skateboard, rollerblade and enjoy new experiences and the businesses along Washington Avenue!

Our team will be leading unique curated fitness and wellness activities all morning utilizing Sound Off™ wireless headphones. Plus — we’re adding Exhale Core Fusion x Sound Off™ to the set. Expect high-intensity intervals set to motivating playlists that’ll keep you moving! The class sequences change often so you never get bored and your body sees results. Check out the schedule below.

8:00am – 9:00am : Sound Off™ Yoga w/ Stardust

9:15am – 10:15am : Exhale Core Fusion x Sound Off™

10:30am – 11:30am : Sound Off™ Zumba

11:45am – 12:45pm : Sound Off™ Silent Disco

If your preferred session sells out, feel free to join us prior to the session time on Sunday. We will release any unclaimed headphones at the beginning of each session on a first come, first served basis!

About The Instructors

Amber Immordino is the manager of Exhale South Beach fitness program. She teaches Core Fusion Barre, Core Fusion Extreme, Core Fusion Cardio, and Core Fusion Cardio + Barre. Her classes are high energy, challenging and fun! With a background in health and wellness, Amber’s goal is to motivate students to feel worthy, proud and empowered both in and out of the classroom!

Reminders

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your session starts for check in. If you are late, your spot may be forefeitted to someone on the waitlist.

• You must register for the session you’d like to attend. Headphones will be given to RSVPs first, and then first come, first served to additional guests.

• You will need to leave an ID or credit card in exchange for a headphone.

FAQs

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes. Please bring any props or items you may need to enhance your workout such as towels, mats, blocks, straps, blankets … and water is always a good idea.

How do I check out headphones?

You may need to provide a credit card or drivers license in exchange for your Sound Off™ headphones at certain events. Your items will be returned to you when you return the headphones. If the headphones are not returned, you will be charged $100 to receive your collateral items (we would prefer not to do this).

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Paid tickets are transferrable but non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can give your spot to a friend or use your ticket as a credit towards a future Sound Off Experience.

Whats the scoop with the waitlist?

If the event sells out, we’ll open up a waitlist. If we have any cancellations you’ll be notified so you can snag yourself a spot!
