FAQs

How do I check out headphones?

You will need to bring a credit card or drivers license in exchange for a Sound Off™ headphone. These will be returned to you when you return your headphone. If you do not return a headphone, you will be charged $100 to get your collateral back (we reeeaallly don’t want to do this).

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be 21+

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is plenty of street parking available.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Sound Off Experience. If you are unable to attend, you can use your ticket as a credit towards a future event.
