Doing Living presents synchroniCITY on the Bowery with co-hosts Juliet Silva-Yee, Rockstar Shaman Alyson Charles, Healer + Comedian Kate Wolff. synchroniCITY invites guests to de-stress, connect and engage with conscious workshops and classes that encourage mindful meditation, breath work, and self reflection paired with yoga classes, tarot readings, and more.

8:00 – 9:00PM (PLEASE ARRIVE BY 7:30) SOUND OFF™ SUBMERGE AT SUNSET: A ROOFTOP VINYASA/YOGA NIDRA EXPERIENCE WITH KATHERINE O’CONNER. This guided yoga session will use wireless Sound Off™ headphones to connect with practitioners, eliminating external distractions so that only the music and instructor’s voice are heard through the headphones. ($25)

Come heat up with a vinyasa yoga practice for all levels, and then cool way down with a guided yoga nidra practice designed to take you into a conscious sleep and accented by binaural beats, which entrain the brain to move into deeper states of relaxation. If you have never experienced the benefits of yoga nidra or binaural beats, this is your chance! Join us for a fully immersive yoga experience and synchroniCITY!!

Please come with an open mind + good vibes. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement- most classses and workshops incorporate some kind of movement.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

We do not offer refunds but your ticket is transferable for another date/time with the approval of the event organizers. (if space if available)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Paper tickets won’t be required to enter the event. Please just bring a valid ID to get checked in. (please consider the enviroment, no need to print a copy)

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of the programming we cannot offer a refund, your ticket is transferable to another date date/time with the approval of the event organizers. (if space if available)

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes that is okay- please email [email protected] to update ticket holders name. We will require the new name and email of the ticket holder in person.
