Sound Off™ Submerge @ The James Hotel – Nomad

Join us at The James Hotel – Nomad for Sound Off™ Submerge in partnership with Be Time Practice. Sound Off Submerge is an invigorating blend of guided vinyasa, and yoga Nidra using Sound Off Headphones. This 60-minute event led by Be Time’s Catherine Yiu is designed to reduce stress and anxiety. Sound Off Headphones will allow you to hear her voice perfectly over a curated deep house soundscape mixed by DJ Miss Behavior. Leslie McDonald will lead a sound bath using Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. This chorus of consciousness will arouse theta and beta brain waves to support the natural process of healing in the mind and body. Dive deep into your own awakening with this soothing, sonic experience.

FAQs
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the event so that the session can start on time. During this time you will be able to check in, choose your spot for the session, set up your mat, and check out all the sponsors that will be there! Join us at The James Hotel – Nomad for Sound Off™ Submerge in partnership with Be Time Practice.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes. Please bring your yoga mat, along with any other props you may need to enhance your yoga practice such as blocks, straps, blankets … and water is always a good idea.
How do I check out headphones?
You may need to provide a credit card or drivers license in exchange for your Sound Off™ headphones at certain events. Your items will be returned to you when you return the headphones. If the headphones are not returned, you will be charged $100 to receive your collateral items (we would prefer not to do this).
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are transferrable but non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can give your spot to a friend or use your ticket as a credit towards a future Sound Off Experience.
Whats the scoop with the waitlist?
If the event sells out, we’ll open up a waitlist. If we have any cancellations you’ll be notified so you can snag yourself a spot!
