About the instructor — Reace Daniel

Born on the stage and alive on his mat, Reace brings yoga to the movement of breath and life through your body. As a professional choreographer and entertainer he is fluent with the needs of the physical and energetic body (and the need to rock out to rockin’ tunes!).

Teaching yoga throughout the greater Denver area, Reace brings all the knowledge of life, love and the pursuit of expression to his mat and meets others where they’re at in their journey. “Yoga is a game changer, and the opportunity to include others on the ride to health and peace of mind is a blessing.” Reace is the emcee for Yoga Rocks the Park Denver, a guest teacher for Friday Night Yoga Club, as well as YRTP, Denver Post Ovation winner for Choreography 2013, Rising Star Award CPY 2012, featured artist on ReverbNation, and creator/owner of PLEX yoga — Dancing on Your Mat.”Happiness is an Up Dog away!
