This class Led By Ashley Steyart will use Sound Off wireless LED headphones which will transport you to another dimension using motivating beats and soothing sounds of the Ashley’s voice. Combining ancient truth and wisdom with modern technology, this class will send you into a state of bliss by allowing you to only focus on the instruction, and not be distracted by the world around you!
