Sound Off by the Sea- A Zumba & Yoga Party @ Asbury Park Bazaar

Join Mettamade Yoga Events at Asbury Park Bazaar, in collaboration with Tara Romano of Tone and Tease for a fun mix of Zumba and Yoga immersion with Sound Off headphones.

Tara wil begin leading you through a 30 minute Zumba class to fun upbeat tunes all while wearing the headphones.   After you dance the morning away, Jen will lead you through a 30 minute all levels yoga class while diving deep into your practice by shutting out the sound and distractions around you with the help of the headphones.

New to yoga & zumba? No problem, our class is for everyBODY!

After class shop the local vendors of the Asbury Park Bazaar and treat yourself to something nice!

Class is located on the Green Space on the Asbury Park Boardwalk (across from the Berkely Hotel and adjacent to the Sunset Pavillion.)
