Sunday Sunset Yoga with Nicole Cronin

A well-rounded soulful flow that will incorporate chi-gong and music to elevate your spirit. Come out and join us for a magical hour of yoga, zen, soothing ocean waves, the beautiful sunset, and sweet community.
We are always so excited to have Nicole teaching on the beach with us! She is a much loved yoga teacher in SF and her classes are brilliant in every way! Nicole is a bright light in the SF community and leads with warmth, compassion and amazing humor. Don’t miss this one 🙂
For all of our regular beach yoga lovers, please note! We’ve taken the dance element out of Sunday classes to make class a bit more zen-inspired. If you like to shake it, join us for Friday or Saturday classes.
We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + and music. This is a super special experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

How does it work? We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + and music. Everyone is on the same channel. No need to bring your own headphones. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
Class location:Â Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be sent to you when you sign up.
What you need:Â A beach towel or mat, warm layers, and water. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!
