Sunset Balcony Ride

Join us on September 13th at 5:30PM and 6:30PM for a sunset balcony ride at High Ride Cycle. We’ll be taking it outside for the High Ride on their outdoor balcony overlooking the mountains. Located in the SloHi neighborhood of Denver, CO, High Ride incorporates cardio, weights, and resistance to provide a full body workout. Get ready for a dance party on a bike! We’ll ride to the beat of the music and incorporate some tap backs, push-ups, figure eights, and side to sides to provide a full body workout. We’ll also be using some weights for an upper body workout.
