Sunset Beach Yoga with Julianne + RISE fundraiser

Join us and 100 + of your friends practicing yoga together, watching the waves crash and the sun set into the pacific. It is a gorgeous, iconic and peaceful environment that is the home to many magical yoga happenings!

Julianne is a San Francisco based yoga teacher, a practitioner of joy and love, and a student of life. She teaches a strong, grounding, lighthearted vinyasa yoga practice that welcomes all bodies and all beings to feel the power of stretching and breathing!Julianne is on a mission to help people find a reprieve and sanctuary in the practice of yoga so that you can call on it often. A few minutes before a walk or run, as a practice to do at home, or simply in taking a few deep breaths to reset during your day.

She often hears friends, uber drivers and people along the way say “I need to start yoga!”

Her response: just come! A little bit of yoga goes a really long way – in helping us find balance in our day, relief of stress and pain in our bodies, and reminds us of the gift of life that is happening right now. You can expect to sweat, breathe, laugh and leave class feeling like a million bucks!

AND, for this special class, $10 from all ticket sales will support yoga and mindful programming for middle school students. Rise Yoga + meditation programs make a HUGE difference right here in our community.
