Sunset beach yoga with Julie Aiello

Yoga in nature is a beautiful weekday recharge. We only have a few more weeks to enjoy it before the sun sets earlier! Make your way out to the beach for class with us in one of the most beautiful places in the world with our amazing community. Nourish mind, body and spirit with sweet beats, and all-levels yoga, and sweet ocean air!

What is silent disco yoga?

We wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. All levels welcome.

Class location is Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be emailed to you the day before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF. It is easy to find us!
