Sunset Beach Yoga with Nicole Cronin

Join us for our Sunday sunset ritual class. Yoga at the golden hour with curated music, our incredible SF community, and special guest teacher Nicole Cronin!

We are so lucky to have Nicole teach with us. She is a very bright light in the SF community and leads with warmth, great compassionate, amazing humor, and groovy beats. She’s a Santa Cruz and beach native, and she is excited to share her love of this beautiful landscape and weave her practices of yoga and various other movement practices (dance, tai chi, tae-bo!) and more with you. This class is not to be missed!!

This class is usually big – around 100 people practicing together, peacefully, watching the waves crash and the sun set behind the pacific. It is the most picturesque, peaceful, and fun environment. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music. We have an amazing community of SF students and people we welcome from around the world for every class too. This is a super special experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!

Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

Class location?

Baker Beach on the northern side of the beach. You will see us set up with prayer flags, headphones, and sweet people welcoming you. Exact meeting location details and map will also be emailed to you the day before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF.

A beach towel works best for beach yoga! you can also bring a yoga mat but it is not necessary.
