Sunset Beach Yoga with Julianne Aiello

Soak up the end of summer and Friday night’s on the beach with us! An amazing way to groove out, move your body at the end of a long week, and hang with your friends at the beach.
Julie Aiello is the founder of Outdoor Yoga SF, a yoga and meditation teacher, lover of nature, the beach, this community and all things wild and free. Music will start with peaceful beats and building up magic with your favorite remixes and the best Friday night vibes.
This class is usually big – around 100 people practicing together, peacefully, watching the waves crash and the sun set behind the pacific. It is the most picturesque, peaceful, and fun environment. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + music together. We have an amazing community of SF students and people we welcome from around the world for every class too.
This class does sell out on nice weekends. Please sign up in advance to join us!

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
Class location?
Baker Beach on the northern side of the beach. You will see us set up with prayer flags, headphones, and sweet people welcoming you. Exact meeting location details and map will also be emailed to you the day before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF.
All you need is you, friends and a beach towel! A beach towel works best for beach yoga! you can also bring a yoga mat but it is not necessary.
