Sunset silent disco beach yoga with Melissa Mae

Kick of your weekend with us, at the beach, practicing yoga and watching the sun set together.

Join us for a yoga at the golden hour with curated music, our incredible SF community, and incredible local SF teacher Melissa Mae! Melissa Mae blends a fun + funky flow with the history + ancient philosophy in her own light-hearted way — all set to a sonic soundscape with Baker beach aglow at sunset. Expect to sweat, smile and groove!

What is silent disco yoga? 

We wear headphones so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. The headphones allow everyone to hear and be connected on the beach together. It’s super special! All people, all levels of yoga welcome.

Class location is Baker Beach. The event details inculuding meeting location will be emailed to you the day before the event. Look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF. It is easy to find us!
