Hurricane Irma Donation Sunset Silent Disco Yoga Fit Flow with Nicole

Please come show your support for the victims of Hurricane Irma. 100% of the donations will go to disaster reflief! Join us for a Silent Disco Fit Flow Class taught by Nicole Baker. Fit flow will leave you sweaty and energized by utilizing your personal body strength. Workout to some sweet beats as you’re guided through a challenging, strength training flow layering in push-ups and cardio.

What is silent disco yoga? It is an innovative journey of flowing movement and sound. Immerse yourself in the beauty and motion of yoga with a pair of noise isolating wireless Sound Off™ LED headphones, which allows you to hear the instructor at the perfect level while their curated set takes you on a musical journey into sound. All levels welcome.

The class location is at Magic Island. Specific location details will be emailed to you the morning of the event. In the event of rain, we will reschedule the class. Please note that all ticket sales are final, no refunds. Mahalo for your understanding.
