Unwind Outside : Outdoor silent yoga + meditation

We’ve been dreaming up a new class to offer ultimate peace and relaxation to our community. Join us for our first classes of Unwind Outside, a mellow yoga and meditation class at sunset to heal and relax with peaceful zen music.
This class is designed for people seeking a beautiful and healing evening. We’ll practicing yoga and meditation as you watch the sun set outside or cozy up in the fog. We’ll move just enough to stay warm and practice graceful, mellow yoga and thai chi so you can unwind, connect to nature and recharge. All levels including beginners welcome.
You’ll get a pair of Sound Off™ headphones, and a dose of hand-made essential oil blends to facilitate relaxation.
You’ll be guided in 10 minutes of meditation to start, 30 minutes of yoga and end with 10 minutes of reclined quiet meditation listening to delta waves. Guided yoga and meditation will be in the mindfulness/ buddhist/ loving compassion traditions. These practices are known for reducing anxiety, relieving stress and increasing energy in the very moment you are practicing them, even if its your first time.
Enjoy a mix of mindful zen music with the final 20 minutes featuring delta waves, facilitating deep relaxation in mind and body. Access to the recording from class so you can tap into that calm state at any moment.
This class will not include so much interaction with other students during class but you’ll feel the support of a sweet community around you 🙂
Julianne Aiello, founder of Outdoor Yoga SF will lead this class and incorporate her training in buddhist meditation and yoga, tai chi and energy healing.
What to bring: a blanket or yoga mat to practice on, plus a warm jacket and/or a blanket to cozy up and stay warm during reclined meditation at the end of class. We’ll have tea to share at the end of class.
