Weekend at the Westin Fit and Flow x Pool Party

Come enjoy one of the last weekends of summer on one of the most beautiful pool decks in the city! We are teaming up with The Westin Denver Downtown , Sonic Flow, and Amy Bancroft to bring you 1.5hr fusion class.

9:00A- 9:45A – Amy will be leading the fitness warm up with a unique experience of movement to music that incorporates some of our favorite Yoga Poses and Fitness basics.

9:45A- 10:30A – Tula Beat and Artisan Jones are a yoga/DJ duo comprised of Erin Wimert (Tula Beat) and Michael Jones (Artisan Jones). The two alternate teaching and DJing to provide a unique experience of blended energies and styles. Through purposefully connecting music with movement, the Sonic Flow experience will allow you to find yourself in the moment and explore the space within and around you.

10:30A-1:30P – Bring your bathing suit and join us for a post class POOL PARTY and cash bar (Yea!)
