Westin Denver Downtown Poolside Series

Some of Denver’s BEST local studios and instructors have teamed up with The Westin to bring you 6 Saturday sweat classes! Movement, Music, and Food collide to create a fun fitness experience this summer. Join us on the beautiful Westin Denver Downtown Pool deck for class then stick around to enjoy the pool with our favorite vendors, LIVE DJ, and bar.

Class- 10:30-11:30am
Pool Party- 11:30-1:30pm

Please be sure to bring a mat and water!

Join Fitbit Local Ambassadors Samy Mattei and Jon Cerf as we sweat and stretch into summer! We’ll workout in a fun-filled hour broken up into 30 minutes of heart rate-raising, muscle-toning fun and a 30-minute yoga stretch and flow. Be sure to bring water!
Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and bring a smile. Owning a Fitbit product is not necessary to participate.

Barre3:

A full-body mindful workout that delivers remarkable results from the inside out. You’ll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micromovements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

Fierce 45:

Ready to kick up your heart rate and crush out some core? Join us for sixty minutes of HIIT + CORE with Mama Jen Ibanez. The class combines 35 minutes of  Interval Training off the machine and 25 minutes of center core + obliques for the most badass, calorie burning, efficient workout ever. Bring your tennis shoes, a yoga mat, and water bottle, and prepare to SWEAT!
