Westin Winter Series powered by Sound Off Colorado

This winter we are back at the Westin! (Don’t worry, inside this time)

Due to popular demand, we have teamed up with the one and only Jen Ibanez of Fierce 45 for 60 minutes of music, movement, and stillness. Then stick around for a $6 mimosa special provided by our wonderful hosts, The Westin.

Fierce 45: “Ready to kick up your heart rate and crush out some core? Join us for sixty minutes of HIIT + CORE with Mama Jen Ibanez. The class combines Interval Training off the machine and center core + obliques work for the most badass, calorie burning, efficient workout ever. Bring your tennis shoes, a yoga mat, and water bottle, and prepare to SWEAT!”
