NOA|AON – INFO
Pavel Stuchlik, a former professional athlete, entrepreneur and motivational speaker born in the winter of 1991 in the Czech Republic. Stuchlik has raced on every Continent as a professional cyclist. It was during that time that he started his first business selling carbon bicycle parts via an online store called Pavel’s Vision.

Perhaps most notably, he was until recently a major franchise owner of OrangeTheory Fitness, a multi-million dollar fitness franchise with over 1000 locations worldwide. Stuchlik is still closely aligned with OrangeTheory Fitness as a Regional Developer, Franchise Owner and DJ for national conventions.

In his early 20’s, the rigors of competitive sports began to wear on Stuchlik. An unforgivingly grueling training schedule nevertheless resulted in a series of disappointing results, leaving Stuchlik with a life-threatening case of the Epstein-Barr virus. Forced to withdraw from the competitive cycling circuit and needing an alternate avenue into which he could channel his psychic energy, Stuchlik embarked on a soul-searching quest that carried him across the globe. On a ten-day darkened retreat in Thailand, during which time he had no food nor internet access and only limited human contact, Stuchlik came to the conclusion that his purpose in life was to move people through music. It was there in an environment of sensory deprivation insofar as modern civilization was concerned, yet surrounded by raw nature, that Stuchlik had his epiphany.

After Thailand and returning to society, Stuchlik re-discovered his musical roots. Coming from a music-oriented family and having deejayed since the age of 14, the return to DJing came naturally. In addition to spending countless hours learning music production, professional studio techniques and toying around on analog and digital audio workstations, Stuchlik was able to eventually bring the quality of his music productions to where you felt comfortable taking the leap into the world of professional DJing.

A global movement to spread peace, joy and love and create spiritual activists for the highest good of all.

Dustin Moon, founder of wholemoon.org is a health chaser, growth seeker, food activist,  mindset optimist and human coach. He’s a bay area native however his story starts to get interesting on the West Coast of Oahu at age 20, overweight, extremely unhealthy, low self esteem and depressed from a paralyzing back injury. He spent weeks crawling to the bathroom and nearly a year and a half in physical therapy. To avoid surgery, per advice of the 3rd doctor he spoke to (the first 2 suggested surgery) he decided to “eat healthy and exercise” He had no idea what that meant, or the journey he had started as a result.  The next ten years became a relentless voyage into discovery, optimization, education, and knowledge collecting. It picked up steam whilst taking a deep dive into human physiology in the context of nutrition, he researched the sinister nature of the food industry and how the food like products they sold had highjacked his physiology by manufacturing highly addictive food, composed of: salts, fat and sugar. The very thing humans come programmed to crave as a part of old survival DNA. After these discoveries along with many more, he moved from extremely unhealthy to “kinda healthy” It felt really good, but a question inevitably arrived “whats next” and on went the esoteric quest into human optimization. He treated his body as a human trial of one, testing different things out, generally for 30 days at a time. Eventually discovering the wim hof method and his experience of it lead him to take on the extraordinary responsibility of becoming a WHM instructor. And he is ecstatic to pass on the knowledge Wim and the InnerFire team have instilled in him. The three pillars of the Wim Hof method are breath, cold exposure, and mindset. Each pillar has layers and layers of information, skill, and awareness. Dustin will guide you as needed into deeper understanding step by step.

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again” – Thich Hanh.  Dustin has spent time applying this idea to many of life’s opportunities and is enthusiastic to support you in implementing the tool of breath into your world.

“The cold is an absolute doorway to the soul” – Wim Hof. The cold sensation of an ice bath is without question one of the most extreme stimuli a human can safely encounter. Whilst almost everyone is physically capable, the mind can sometimes benefit from some coaching as well as the support of a group. One on One or with a group of 20 Dustin will make sure you are physically and mentally ready for the challenges the ice presents.

“Man’s [and woman’s] main task in life is to give birth to himself, to become what he potentially is.” Erich Fromm. The 3rd pillar of the Wim Hof method ismindset. The combination of breath work and cold exposure creates a cascade of subtle and significant changes over time, changes that can easily go unnoticed. Dustin will give you what you need to discover these fantastic gifts throughout your WHM practice.
