Move + be moved — it’s an inspiring afternoon where Yoga, Music, and Art blend together at the Bergamot Station Arts Center summer open house event.

This session features yoga teacher Mia Togo and BENDER’s resident DJ, with a theme of summer and nature ~ about letting go and bringing light to ‘authentic self’.

After class, tour dozens of galleries displaying a diverse array of art – many hosting their own unique and interactive activities. Plus food trucks, beer tasting, and more in the outdoor courtyard.

Doors open 11am Yoga class starts 1130am (75min vinyasa flow – all-levels) ~ inside the D3 gallery space
Class uses glowing Sound Off™ Headphones. These let you hear the teacher’s voice at the perfect level — while blocking outside noises, and fully immersing you in the experience.
