The team at 'Out To See' has teamed up with Sound Off to create an interactive experience during their neighborhood-wide celebration of the South Street Seaport. This second annual event features emerging talent in art, music, food and craft. Out To See will activate various spaces in the South Street Seaport neighborhood including small business retailers and drive visitors and local New Yorkers visit this historic neighborhood. Join us as we discover the best of New York City at this unique and exciting event!
