Return Authorization

1. Fill out this form, and, if your product is within the warranty period, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) within about one business day.
2. Print out the RA and send it to us along with the defective product, using FedEx, UPS, or some other trackable method. Please send us the tracking info for your return.
3. When we receive your return, we'll inspect it. If we find that the fault is covered under our warranty, we will either repair it or replace it.
4. We'll ship your repair/replacement back to you.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from when we receive your return. For faster service, select our advance warranty replacement program at the bottom of this form.

Under Sound Off's advance warranty replacement program, the warranty replacement unit is shipped without waiting for the defective product to be received. If requesting an advance replacement, you will be sent directly to our credit card authorization form upon submitting this form. You must complete the credit card authorization form and click the emailed verification link, or we will not ship the advance replacement. In the event that we do not receive your defective product within one week, we may charge your card for the warranty replacement unit at full purchase price plus shipping. Advance replacement requests are subject to review by Sound Off.
