MindTravel SilentHike: Central Park + Museum of Natural History

Start your year off with an adventure through one of New York City’s landmarks – The American Museum of Natural History. Come ready to explore in this new MindTravel SilentHike experience through the museum on Sunday, February 3rd from 2:30pm – 4:30pm.

Purchase your tickets early as there are only 40 spots available for this event. Your museum admission is included in your ticket price.

**THIS IS A MINDTRAVEL PASSPORT EVENT**

We will gather at a designated point (still TBD) and roam through the museum, guided by MindTravel creator Murray Hidary as he leads us on this magical adventure ignited by the MindTravel music.

MindTravel SilentHike journeys are the newest way to practice walking meditation. Over the course of experience, you’ll join other MindTravelers exploring local hiking trails and walking paths and museums while listening to MindTravel music through headphones. The evocative, improvisational piano music ignites freedom and expansiveness that amplifies the healing and inspirational power of being in community.

There are no ID or minimum age requirements to attend a MindTravel SilentHike. However, we encourage all attendees to be able to complete the roundtrip SilentHike within the allotted time.

Is there a cost to enter the museum?

Your entry cost is covered by your MindTravel ticket purchase.
