Cage Yoga is a 6-week yoga and wellness session that is both FREE and OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY. Cage Yoga gets its name from the distinct and beautiful settings of our classes within the natural and energy filled parks of NYC, enhanced by a sensory and auditory experience that only Sound Off™ can deliver. Cage Yoga presented by WOODstack is a wellness experience for the community unlike any other!
