INSTRUCTOR: Erin Wimert, is a fitness/wellness professional and enjoys helping people of all levels to reach their goals. She specializes in a variety of fitness styles including individual and group training, cycling, various forms of yoga, barre conditioning and has taught several Sound Off classes, we are excited to have Erin guide us thru this special outdoor class at Red Rocks.
