This experience begins with vinyasa yoga to stretch and strengthen. It is followed by a guided relaxation (yoga nidra) designed to take you into a deep state of calm to soothe both body and mind. In this state, also known as the “relaxation response,” our body is able to repair itself and the mind slows down into a state of peace. Additionally, binaural beats created by biofeedback and neuroscience experts at neuromore will synchronize with DJ Patrick Kiebzak of Momentology to create a beautiful musical alchemy that will pipe into your headphones throughout the class.
