Caitlin Hessee (CPY)
Once a month we’ve teamed up with Core Power Yoga to highlight one of their favorite instructors, this time we present Caitlin Hessee. Caitlin fell in love with yoga when as a freshman at CU Boulder. It was a challenge at first to step onto the mat and be seen, as Caitlin struggled to embrace her perceived limits from scoliosis and a spinal fusion in 2001. As she faced her fear, pain and doubt slowly began to dissolve. Caitlin completed Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training in 2011 and Power Teacher Training in 2012. Teaching and sharing yoga is an ongoing gift for Caitlin- she hopes her students leave empowered to live their most authentic lives.
