Sound Off™ Experience joins the fun by creating a silent disco room on the third floor you won’t want to miss! All sailors and sailing enthusiasts in the New York area are invited to attend. The Sailors Ball raises money for a scholarship program which makes it possible for inner-city kids to learn to sail. This program is run by the New York Harbor Sailing Foundation.
