Pop Up Yoga NYC and Reebok have come together to create a one of a kind experience that requires participants to follow clues that lead to an unknown location offering fun and exciting ways to explore the city. In order to participate book your ticket for one of the two classes and start receiving clues for the big day. Open-level, fun, and accessible yoga will be led by Bee Bosnak and Exhale Spa’s Yesenia Lebron featuring the innovative technology of Sound Off’s GLO EXP headphones which will play music provided by DJ Panic.

On Saturday, December 5th from 7:00-8:30PM, join our friends from Wild Soul Yoga Studio for Clarity in Motion, a Unique Meditation and Vinyasa Experience led by Elisa Piscitelli, E-RYT along with DJ Panic. This event will be a guided meditation followed by a moderately paced Vinyasa flow with options for challenging modifications and opportunities to sink deep into the practice, tuning into the mind/body connection using sound and focus.
