At the last Trimble Insight Tech Conference, innovation was moving fast. Under the theme “Where Technology Meets the Road”, the event brought together over 1500 experts in tech, transportation, and logistics. Sound Off headphones played a key role throughout the conference, helping power conversations, presentations, and cutting-edge ideas that are shaping what comes next. 

It was important to Trimble’s event planners that the trade show space be maximized for efficiency. With a bustling expo floor, breakout areas, and numerous vendors sharing ideas, crisp, focused audio was critical.

Traditional amplified audio would make a conference like this extremely difficult to execute. With multiple stages positioned close together, amplified sound bleeds into neighboring spaces, creating cross talk that makes it challenging for attendees to focus on any single presentation. The overlap of audio not only disrupts the audience experience but also creates significant challenges for vendors, who are trying to hold one-on-one conversations in their booths while competing with high levels of surrounding noise.

This was the third year in a row that Trimble chose Sound Off for their audio solution. 

Each of the seven breakout areas within the exhibit hall used our immersive technology. By delivering audio directly to individual attendees, each breakout space operated smoothly, without noise interference, distractions, or competing sound systems. Audiences heard presenters clearly and remained engaged in the experience amidst a busy show floor. 

Each breakout session featured its own unique LED headphone color which helped distinguish the presentations. Attendees were able to switch audio from one breakout to another with the tap of a button on their headsets, making navigating among the seven sessions a truly seamless experience.

In the breakout areas sponsored by Solera and Lite-Check, Sound Off custom-branded headphones elevated and expanded the brands’ presence, featuring LED colors matched to each sponsor’s specific logos. This created a moment of powerful brand impact that attendees are sure to remember.
