Jennifer Hansen, co-owner of Metta Yoga, had been doing pop-up yoga in unique locations around New Jersey, making use of Sound Off™ headphones and other equipment to facilitate flexibility and maneuverability. Eventually she decided to settle into a brick-and-mortar location—“and then COVID hit,” Hansen says in our Sound Off Stories video.
Hansen met the challenges of a first-time studio owner head on. “We revisited outside events,” she says. Metta Yoga turned once again to Sound Off to make beach events happen over the summer, and socially distanced indoor events once the weather turned.
“We’re able to space out, and I don’t have to yell and scream for people to hear me,” Hansen says. “People can dive deep into their movement and come back to themselves.”
We’re here for you, Metta Yoga! Thanks for letting us help you keep yoga and meditation available to your community.
